How to choose the format

PET is often chosen for clarity and a clean shelf appearance, HDPE for a more opaque and durable bottle, and PCR blends when recycled content is part of the brief. Pump, disc-top and flip-top closures then determine dose, usability and line compatibility.

When a project has more than one viable route, compare the component, closure, decoration and shipping assumptions together. A short, production-intent sample brief usually creates a better decision than choosing a container from a product photo alone.

Make the quote comparable

For a lotion-bottle quote, provide formula viscosity, fill volume, resin or PCR target, closure preference, dose, decoration, quantity and destination. If the bottle will run on an existing filling line, include the neck finish and line constraints so the recommended format can be checked early.
