How to choose the format

Cosmetic gift boxes work best when the bottle, jar, tube, closure and insert are developed together. Use a folding carton for efficient retail distribution, a rigid box for a premium launch, or a fitted molded-pulp insert when the set includes fragile glass or several different shapes.

When a project has more than one viable route, compare the component, closure, decoration and shipping assumptions together. A short, production-intent sample brief usually creates a better decision than choosing a container from a product photo alone.

Make the quote comparable

Include the complete set list, component drawings or samples, desired box style, insert material, decoration, quantity per SKU, launch date and destination. When the gift set is still being designed, define which parts are fixed and which can be adjusted to improve fit, cost or transport protection.
